The role

This role, designed from first principles, is a reflection of that future.

You'll work directly with customers to build AI-powered marketing systems and agents. You'll also use those same tools internally to help Bamboo find product-market fit, scale its growth engine, and shape the future of the company.

This is a founding team role. You'll help create it.

Who you are

We're looking for someone with unusually high agency. You might be:

• A marketer who became technical
• An engineer obsessed with growth
• A consultant who automated half their job with AI
• A founder who's comfortable figuring things out without a playbook

What matters most is that you've used AI to build real systems, expanded your capabilities beyond your formal training, and are equally comfortable talking to customers, building agents, running experiments, or solving problems nobody has solved before.
